Card & online payment

Card and wallet payments are handled on the payment provider's own secure page. For your safety, never share full card details over chat, email or WhatsApp — enter them only on the official provider page.

How an order is confirmed

You pay on the provider's page, then enter the transaction reference it gives you on the last step of checkout. That reference is how we match your payment to your order, so keep it to hand — the order cannot be placed without it.

Once we have matched the two, your order moves to processing and you can follow it from the order-tracking page at any time.
