When you place an order we store your name, contact details, delivery address, order contents and payment reference. This lets us fulfil the order and help you if anything goes wrong.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver orders, verify payments, handle tracking, returns and warranty requests, and respond to your support messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments & security
Card and wallet payments are processed on the payment provider's own secure pages (such as Stripe or PayPal). We never ask for, or store, your full card number.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the store is used and make it better. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact our support team and we'll take care of it.
