Where is my order?
Enter your order number along with the phone number or email you used at checkout.
What you will need
- The order number — on your confirmation screen and in the confirmation email, in the form OL-XXXXXX.
- The phone number or email you used at checkout — one or the other, exactly as you typed it. This is what keeps an order private, so a number that does not match will not open it.
What each status means
Most orders inside the UAE reach the courier within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
- Pending
- We have your order and are waiting on payment.
- Payment Pending
- Payment has been started but has not reached us yet.
- Payment Reviewing
- Payment arrived and we are checking it against the order.
- Order Received
- Payment is confirmed and the order has joined the queue.
- Confirmed
- Stock is set aside for you and being prepared.
- Packed
- Boxed and labelled, waiting for the courier to collect.
- Shipped
- With the courier and on its way to you.
- Deliveredfinal
- Handed over at your address.
- Cancelledfinal
- The order was stopped and nothing will be sent.
- Refundedfinal
- The order was returned or cancelled and the money sent back.
